ECDC is looking to add to it’s Direct Support Staff team. The Direct Support Staff position is working in a residential or programmatic setting with adults with intellectual disabilities. We are looking for compassionate and driven staff members who are looking for a rewarding career. 

Positions available in; 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift positions; full time, part time, and per diem available. 

Starting rate of pay: $17.25 an hour

Full time benefit package includes: 

  • 85% paid medical insurance (for any position of 30 or more hours per week)
  • Sign on bonus of $500 after completing probationary period
  • 40 hours of paid vacation accrued during the first year

Part Time benefit package includes: 

  • Prorated sign on bonus after the completion of the probationary period
  • Prorated vacation time based on hours worked quarterly

Benefits included for all positions: 

  • Free mental health services for employees and their dependents
  • Referral bonus of $500 for any referred staff that stays for 6 months
  • Medication Administration Certification bonus of $500 upon completion
    • $500 bonus for recertification every two years
